Our first task was to take control and analyse the current Google CPC campaign and find out what was going wrong and what was going right. Within this we were able to detect anything that wanted stripping out and anything that needed changing and adding. This helped us give direction to increasing the organic website marketing campaign that we were currently already running, we increased the workload of this campaign and turbo-charged the results. Along with the marketing campaign we designed and developed a new website for PMD which allowed them to control every aspect, they could upload and manipulate images and new products as well as tracking contact submissions and CV submits. As part of the re-development we implemented an auto quote generation system in which we allowed customers to generate a valid quote using the website, this system was very complex and had lots of conditions, such as minimum order values and location restrictions for delivery and installation. We also gave PMD the ability to include free items when customers spend over a certain figure and this system has had a positive effect on the business and reduced the amount of time the internal team has spent generating quotes.
