Case Study: Venson Automotive Solutions

We were awarded this piece of work by The Brand Nursery, a highly respected brand and design agency in Leeds. They have been working with their client at Venson on a fresh new brand and marketing collateral to help the company really express who they are to customers and prospects alike.

Our role was to work as a seamless part of the team on the re-design and re-launch of http://www.venson.com.

Venson are proud of their service standards in the industry. They are a professional and approachable company who put their customers first. A key communications objective has been to re-launch this website as a place for customers and prospects to not only find more out about the company and find relevant contacts, but to use as a central hub for a variety of driver services. To do this, our delivery has included an online service booking feature, inclusion of vehicle order status forms as well as tyre and window fitting forms. We have integrated with third party systems to ensure a seamless process from the online user activity through to head office and then back out to the service and delivery the customer receives from the Venson team.

Further to launch we are now working under a support contract with Venson to ensure that the website is part of a process of on-going review and enhancement. We are now part of the team that will make sure Venson maintain their customer first values and their service promise to all audiences.
